How to make these chicken souvlaki wraps at home
Start by making your marinade. In a bowl, combine the diced chicken with salt, pepper, oregano, Greek yoghurt, garlic, and lemon juice.

Mix well so every piece is coated. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes so the flavors really soak in.
While that marinates, make your tzatziki. Stir together Greek yoghurt, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, grated cucumber, and fresh dill. Keep it chilled until ready to use.

Next, prepare your pita. Mix flour, yoghurt, baking powder, and salt until a dough forms. Knead it lightly, then divide into two. Roll each piece flat and cook in a hot pan for about two minutes per side.

Cook your chicken on skewers for that classic souvlaki feel. You can grill, air fry, bake, or pan cook until golden and fully cooked.

Now assemble. Spread tzatziki on the pita, add chicken, then top with onion, olives, tomatoes, feta, and parsley. Roll it up and enjoy.

How long it takes + how i love serving it
This recipe is surprisingly quick. You’re looking at about 30 minutes of marinating time and another 15 to 20 minutes for cooking and assembling.
I love serving these wraps fresh off the pan while the pita is still warm and soft. They pair perfectly with a simple side salad or even some roasted potatoes if you want something extra filling. You can also slice them in half for easy meal prep lunches.

Tips, swaps, and fun ways to switch it up
If you want extra juicy chicken, don’t skip the yoghurt in the marinade. It makes a big difference. Also, try not to overcook the chicken. It should stay tender.
You can swap chicken breast for chicken thighs if you prefer more richness. For a low carb option, skip the pita and turn this into a bowl.
Want to mix things up? Add lettuce for crunch, spicy sauce for heat, or even avocado for a creamy twist. You can really make this your own.

Storage and meal prep tips
Store the cooked chicken and tzatziki separately in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 3 days. The pita is best fresh, but you can make it ahead and reheat in a pan.
When reheating chicken, use a pan or air fryer to keep it juicy. Assemble wraps fresh for the best texture and flavor.
