Making this one calorie sour gummy bear candy is honestly so simple. Once you try it, you will probably memorize the steps.
Start by pouring your boiling water into a cup or jar. Add your zero calorie flavored drink mix, gelatine powder, and citric acid.

Stir everything really well until fully dissolved. This step is important so you get that smooth gummy texture.
Next, pour the mixture into your gummy bear molds. If you do not have molds, no stress. Just pour it into a small baking dish and you can cut it into squares later.

Pop everything into the fridge and let it set for at least 4 hours. Overnight is even better if you want the perfect texture.
While your gummies are setting, mix your sweetener and citric acid in a bowl for the sour coating.
