Method
- Pour boiling water into a cup or jar.
- Add drink mix, gelatine powder, and citric acid.
- Stir well until everything is fully dissolved.
- Pour mixture into gummy molds or a baking dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Mix sweetener and citric acid in a bowl.
- Remove gummies from molds and coat gently.
- Store in the fridge and enjoy.
Notes
- Make sure the gelatine is fully dissolved for the best texture.
- Agar agar can be used as a substitute for gelatine.
- Adjust citric acid levels depending on how sour you like your candy.
- If using a baking dish, cut into small pieces after setting.
