Ingredients
  

  • 200 ml boiling water
  • 1 stick zero calorie flavoured drink mix
  • 14 g gelatine powder
  • 6 g citric acid
  • 30 g zero calorie sweetener
  • 8 g citric acid for coating

Method
 

  1. Pour boiling water into a cup or jar.
  2. Add drink mix, gelatine powder, and citric acid.
  3. Stir well until everything is fully dissolved.
  4. Pour mixture into gummy molds or a baking dish.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Mix sweetener and citric acid in a bowl.
  7. Remove gummies from molds and coat gently.
  8. Store in the fridge and enjoy.

Notes

  • Make sure the gelatine is fully dissolved for the best texture.
  • Agar agar can be used as a substitute for gelatine.
  • Adjust citric acid levels depending on how sour you like your candy.
  • If using a baking dish, cut into small pieces after setting.
