Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the beef mince until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
In a small bowl, mix honey, hot sauce, and chilli flakes. Set aside.
Add taco seasoning and smoked paprika to the beef. Pour in 50ml water, stir, and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until thickened.
Stir in 1½ tsp of the hot honey mixture.
Sprinkle cheese over the beef, cover, and let it melt.
Heat the rice according to packet instructions.
Assemble bowls with rice, cheesy beef, and toppings.
Drizzle with nacho cheese dip and extra hot honey if desired.
