Method
- Season chicken with spices and olive oil.
- Blend evaporated milk, parmesan, chipotle sauce, and cream cheese.
- Cook chicken until golden and fully cooked. Set aside.
- Cook pasta and reserve some pasta water.
- Sauté onion and garlic in the same pan.
- Add blended sauce, bouillon, and paprika. Simmer until thick.
- Stir in pasta and a splash of pasta water.
- Slice chicken and add on top or mix through.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
- Adjust chipotle sauce based on spice preference
- Add pasta water slowly to control sauce consistency
- Do not overcook chicken to keep it tender
- Use freshly grated parmesan for best flavor
