Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein
  • ¼ cup oat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup 0% Greek yogurt
  • 1 large egg
  • milk
  • cup fresh strawberries, microwaved, mashed, and drained

Method
 

  1. Preheat waffle maker and spray well.
  2. Combine dry ingredients.
  3. Mix in wet ingredients and strawberries.
  4. Rest batter 2 minutes.
  5. Cook ⅔ cup batter until golden.
