These spicy chicken wraps are a high-protein, low carb meal made with juicy seasoned chicken, fresh crunch, and a creamy spicy sauce wrapped in a soft low-calorie tortilla.

Ingredients
  

For the Wraps
  • 600 g Chicken breast (Cut into strips)
  • 3/4 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Oregano
  • 1 Tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tspn Chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp Salt and pepper
  • 1 Lemon juice only
  • 1 pack Mission Tortilla wraps
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Chopped red onion & tomato
Sauce
  • 100 g fat free yogurt
  • 20 g sriracha
  • 1 clove garlic , minced
  • Fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt & pepper
  • Lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with spices, garlic, and lemon juice.
  2. Cook in a hot skillet until golden and cooked through.
  3. Mix sauce ingredients until thick and creamy.
  4. Warm wraps, assemble with chicken, vegetables, and sauce.
  5. Roll tightly and serve.

Notes

Store chicken and sauce separately when meal prepping. Reheat gently to avoid drying out.
