Method
- In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients for the cookie dough except the chocolate chips.
- Slowly add cold water, stirring until a thick cookie dough consistency forms.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Cut tortillas in half and shape into pockets or cones.
- Fill each with cookie dough and press edges closed.
- Lightly spray both sides with cooking spray.
- Air fry at 400°F for 4 to 5 minutes until golden.
- Mix icing ingredients with a little water until smooth.
- Drizzle icing over warm pockets and enjoy.
Notes
- Add water slowly to avoid making the dough too runny
- Let the mixture sit if it feels too soft, it will thicken
- Swap chocolate chips for white chocolate or dark chocolate
- Oven baking works if you don’t have an air fryer
- Don’t overfill the pockets or they may open while cooking
