Method
- Cut pepperoni in half and combine with mozzarella, oregano, and basil.
- Slice tortillas in half.
- Add filling to each piece and fold into sealed pockets.
- Spray with cooking spray and sprinkle garlic powder on top.
- Air fry at 400°F for 4–5 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Cool slightly before serving.
