Ingredients
  

  • 5 low carb tortillas
  • 1 bag turkey pepperoni
  • 74 g part-skim mozzarella, shredded
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp basil
  • Cooking spray
  • Garlic powder (to taste)

Method
 

  1. Cut pepperoni in half and combine with mozzarella, oregano, and basil.
  2. Slice tortillas in half.
  3. Add filling to each piece and fold into sealed pockets.
  4. Spray with cooking spray and sprinkle garlic powder on top.
  5. Air fry at 400°F for 4–5 minutes until golden and crisp.
  6. Cool slightly before serving.
