Method
- Blend wet ingredients briefly on low speed.
- Mix dry ingredients separately.
- Fold wet into dry gently.
- Stir in crushed Oreos.
- Divide into prepared springform pans.
- Bake in water bath at 300°F for 30 minutes.
- Rest in oven 25 minutes, cool, then chill 4–6 hours.
Notes
Do not over-blend or skip the water bath. Chill completely before serving.
