Ingredients
  

  • 240 g Fairlife fat-free milk
  • 240 g unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 56 g Oreo cereal
  • 100 g additional Fairlife milk
  • 30 g chocolate whey/casein protein powder
  • 12 g black cocoa powder
  • 8 g sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix
  • 5 g zero-calorie sweetener
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 2 Oreo Thins (or substitute), for mix-ins

Method
 

  1. Combine milk and cereal; soak 6–7 hours in fridge.
  2. Strain cereal, reserving flavored milk.
  3. Add additional milk and remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth.
  4. Freeze overnight in Creami container.
  5. Spin on “Lite Ice Cream.”
  6. Serve immediately.
