Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz fat-free cream cheese 225g
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup fat-free Greek yogurt 55g
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein 30g
  • 2 tbsp zero calorie sweetener
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Add cream cheese to a bowl and soften.
  3. Mix in egg, Greek yogurt, protein powder, sweetener, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and salt.
  4. Stir until smooth and fully combined.
  5. Pour batter into a mini skillet or small oven-safe dish.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes until slightly set in the center.
  7. Let cool at room temperature.
  8. Transfer to the fridge and chill until fully set.
  9. Add toppings of choice and serve.

Notes

  • Soften cream cheese for a smooth batter
  • Adjust sweetness based on protein powder
  • Do not overbake to keep it creamy
  • Chill fully for best texture
