Method
- Blend all ingredients except Oreos until smooth.
- Fold in crushed Oreos.
- Divide into 8 silicone molds.
- Air fry at 250°F for 15–17 minutes.
- Cool for 10 minutes, then refrigerate 30–60 minutes.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
- Batter should be thick but smooth
- Do not skip chilling step
- Use a whey/casein blend for best texture
- Overcooking will make them rubbery
