Ingredients
  

  • 150 g plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 150 g 2% cottage cheese
  • 60 g egg whites
  • 30 g vanilla whey/casein protein powder
  • 8 g sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix
  • 5 g zero-calorie sweetener
  • 3 Oreo Thins, crushed

Method
 

  1. Blend all ingredients except Oreos until smooth.
  2. Fold in crushed Oreos.
  3. Divide into 8 silicone molds.
  4. Air fry at 250°F for 15–17 minutes.
  5. Cool for 10 minutes, then refrigerate 30–60 minutes.
  6. Serve chilled.

Notes

  • Batter should be thick but smooth
  • Do not skip chilling step
  • Use a whey/casein blend for best texture
  • Overcooking will make them rubbery
