Ingredients
  

  • 450 g potatoes thinly sliced
  • Light cooking oil spray
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp sweetener
  • 1/2 tbsp buttermilk powder

Method
 

  1. Wash, peel, and thinly slice the potatoes.
  2. Soak slices in ice water for 10–15 minutes, then drain.
  3. Boil for a few minutes, then pat completely dry.
  4. Lightly spray with cooking oil.
  5. Cook using one method:
  6. - Air fry at 200°C for 10–15 minutes
  7. - Oven bake at 200°C for 15–20 minutes
  8. - Microwave for 8–10 minutes
  9. Flip halfway through cooking.
  10. Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
  11. Toss hot chips in seasoning and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Slice evenly for consistent cooking
  • Do not skip drying the potatoes
  • Adjust salt to taste
  • Air fryer gives the crispiest result
  • Watch closely near the end to avoid burning
