Method
- Wash, peel, and thinly slice the potatoes.
- Soak slices in ice water for 10–15 minutes, then drain.
- Boil for a few minutes, then pat completely dry.
- Lightly spray with cooking oil.
- Cook using one method:
- - Air fry at 200°C for 10–15 minutes
- - Oven bake at 200°C for 15–20 minutes
- - Microwave for 8–10 minutes
- Flip halfway through cooking.
- Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
- Toss hot chips in seasoning and serve immediately.
Notes
- Slice evenly for consistent cooking
- Do not skip drying the potatoes
- Adjust salt to taste
- Air fryer gives the crispiest result
- Watch closely near the end to avoid burning
