Method
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add yogurt and egg whites and mix into a thick paste.
- Spread dough onto parchment into a 12–13 inch circle.
- Bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
- Remove from parchment, add toppings, and return to oven.
- Bake until cheese is melted and slightly golden.
- Slice and serve.
