Ingredients
  

  • 70 g self rising flour
  • 12 g coconut flour
  • 5 g nutritional yeast
  • Garlic powder
  • Dried basil
  • 150 g plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 75 g egg whites
Toppings
  • 120 g low fat marinara
  • 56 g part skim mozzarella
  • 25 turkey pepperoni slices

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add yogurt and egg whites and mix into a thick paste.
  3. Spread dough onto parchment into a 12–13 inch circle.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
  5. Remove from parchment, add toppings, and return to oven.
  6. Bake until cheese is melted and slightly golden.
  7. Slice and serve.

  • Dough should be thick but spreadable, not runny
  • Do not skip coconut flour
