Ingredients
  

  • 475 g chicken breast, cut into 5 strips
  • 120 g plain protein flour
  • tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 50 g cornflakes, crushed
  • 100 g low fat Greek yoghurt
  • Lettuce
  • Salt
  • garlic powder
  • paprika
  • cayenne (optional)
Zinger Sauce
  • 75 g low fat Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Sriracha to taste

Method
 

  1. Season chicken strips well.
  2. Mix flour and baking powder in one bowl.
  3. Lightly beat eggs in a second bowl.
  4. Place crushed cornflakes in a third bowl.
  5. Coat chicken in flour, egg, then cornflakes.
  6. Air fry at 190°C for 16–18 minutes or bake at 200°C for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
  7. Mix sauce ingredients.
  8. Assemble sliders with lettuce, chicken, and sauce.

Notes

  • Do not oversoak chicken in egg.
  • Baking powder is essential for crispiness.
  • Use low-carb wraps to reduce net carbs further.
