Ingredients
  

  • 2 scoops vanilla whey-casein protein blend (60g)
  • ¼ cup oat flour (30g)
  • 2 tbsp powdered peanut butter (15g)
  • 1 tbsp zero calorie sweetener
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free pancake syrup (15ml)
  • ½ tsp butter extract
  • ½ cup skim milk (120ml, added gradually)
  • 1 tsp mini chocolate chips (10g)
  • 2 tsp mini M&Ms (10g, optional)

Method
 

  1. Whisk together protein powder, oat flour, powdered peanut butter, sweetener, and salt.
  2. Mix in syrup and butter extract.
  3. Slowly add milk, stirring until thick and smooth.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Freeze for 10 minutes until firm.
  6. Top with M&Ms or preferred mix-ins and serve.
