Preheat oven to 200°C or air fryer to 180°C.
Dice potatoes and place in a bowl. Spray with oil, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
Air fry for 25 to 30 minutes or oven bake for the same time, flipping halfway.
Add chicken thighs to a bowl. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add BBQ sauce and mix until fully coated.
Place chicken on a lined tray and spray lightly with oil.
Bake for 20 to 22 minutes.
Brush with extra BBQ sauce and grill for 5 minutes until slightly caramelized.
Portion chicken and potatoes evenly into 4 servings.
