Method
- Slice chicken into strips and add to a bowl
- Mix with yoghurt, lemon juice, garlic, and seasoning
- Marinate while prepping other ingredients
- Bake at 200°C for 20 to 25 minutes, tossing halfway
- Broil for 3 to 5 minutes until slightly charred
- Mix garlic sauce ingredients and set aside
- Combine crispy coating ingredients
- Assemble wraps with sauce, chicken, and pickles
- Roll tightly and pan toast with coating until crispy
- Serve hot
Notes
- Do not skip the broil step. It adds flavor and texture
- Let the chicken rest slightly before assembling
- You can use chicken breast if preferred
- Adjust spice level to your taste
- Do not overcrowd the baking tray
