Method
- Preheat air fryer or oven to 200°c
- Mix chicken , egg and seasonings until completely combined.
- Set up flour and egg station.
- Shape into 20 to 22 uniform nuggets.
- Coat in flour, dip in egg then coat again in flour mix.
- Spray generously with cooking oil.
- Airfry for 12-15minutes or bake 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Rest 3-4 minutes before serving.
Notes
Spray before and during cooking for crispiness.
Do not overcook.
Use almond flour for softer texture.
Pork rind crumbs create a crispier low carb coating.
