Ingredients
  

  • 800 g chicken breast sliced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 85 g breadcrumbs
  • 10 g parmesan
  • 2 eggs
  • 320 g fettuccine
  • 1/2 onion diced
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 80 ml buffalo sauce
  • 400 ml fat free evaporated milk
  • 80 g light cream cheese
  • 20 g parmesan

Method
 

  1. Slice chicken into thin fillets and mix with olive oil and seasonings
  2. Combine breadcrumbs with extra seasoning and parmesan
  3. Dip chicken in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs
  4. Air fry or bake until crispy and cooked through
  5. Cook pasta according to package instructions
  6. Sauté onion and garlic in a pan until soft
  7. Add buffalo sauce, evaporated milk, and cream cheese
  8. Stir until smooth, then add parmesan
  9. Add cooked pasta and mix well
  10. Serve with sliced crispy chicken on top

Notes

  • Add pasta water if the sauce gets too thick
  • Adjust buffalo sauce based on your spice preference
  • Use any pasta you have on hand
  • Do not overcrowd the chicken when cooking for best crispiness
