Ingredients
  

  • 1000 g chicken thighs
  • 100 g Greek yoghurt
  • Lemon juice honey, spices
  • 1000 g potatoes
  • Oil and fry seasonings
  • Garlic sauce ingredients
  • Pickled onion ingredients
  • Gherkins and parsley

Method
 

  1. Mix marinade ingredients and coat chicken. Marinate at least 30 minutes.
  2. Slice potatoes into fries and season well.
  3. Cook fries in air fryer or oven until crispy.
  4. Cook chicken until done, then slice into strips.
  5. Mix garlic sauce ingredients until smooth.
  6. Prepare pickled onions by pouring hot vinegar mixture over sliced onions and letting sit.
