Method
- Preheat ove or airfryer at 200°c
- spread sauce evenly on each slice
- Add chopped chicken to one slice, and sprinkle with chedder and mozzarella evenly.
- Top with the second slice, sauce side up and top with chicken and cheese
- Bake for 6 to 8 minutes.
- or air fry for 4 to 5 minutes until golden and cheese has melted.
- rest briefly, slice and serve
Notes
Do not overload sauce to avoid soggy bread.
Avoid fat free cheese for the best melt
Use well seasoned chicken
Reheat invair fryer for best texture
