Ingredients
  

  • 20 g diced jalapeños
  • 1 light Laughing Cow cheese wedge
  • 60 g low fat Greek yoghurt
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Chilli powder to taste
  • Ranch seasoning to taste
  • 1 tbsp jalapeño juice
  • 120 g cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 low calorie wrap
  • 30 g low fat grated cheese

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine jalapeños, Laughing Cow cheese, Greek yoghurt, and seasonings.
  2. Add jalapeño juice and mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in shredded chicken until fully coated.
  4. Place mixture onto one half of the wrap.
  5. Sprinkle grated cheese over the top.
  6. Fold the wrap over to close.
  7. Cook in a pan over medium heat until golden and crispy on both sides.
  8. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • Adjust spice level by reducing jalapeños
  • Swap Greek yoghurt with cottage cheese if needed
  • Do not overfill the wrap to avoid spilling
  • Use a non stick pan for best results
