High-Protein Cheesy Garlic Butter Naan

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g self-rising flour
  • 520 g 0% fat Greek yogurt
  • 8 tbsp garlic salt (30g)
  • 5 cups fat-free mozzarella (560g)
  • 4 tbsp melted light butter (60g)
  • 4 tbsp minced garlic (40g)
  • 10 g fresh parsley

Method
 

  1. Combine flour, yogurt, and garlic salt. Mix and knead 3–5 minutes until smooth.
  2. Divide into 10 balls.
  3. Roll each thin, add mozzarella to center, seal tightly.
  4. Roll again gently until thin.
  5. Cook in hot dry skillet 1–2 minutes per side until golden and puffed.
  6. Brush with melted butter mixed with minced garlic.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley and serve or cool before freezing.

Notes

  • Do not overfill with cheese.
  • Seal edges completely to prevent leaks.
  • Cool fully before freezing.
  • Reheat wrapped in damp towel before crisping in pan.
