Method
- Combine flour, yogurt, and garlic salt. Mix and knead 3–5 minutes until smooth.
- Divide into 10 balls.
- Roll each thin, add mozzarella to center, seal tightly.
- Roll again gently until thin.
- Cook in hot dry skillet 1–2 minutes per side until golden and puffed.
- Brush with melted butter mixed with minced garlic.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve or cool before freezing.
Notes
- Do not overfill with cheese.
- Seal edges completely to prevent leaks.
- Cool fully before freezing.
- Reheat wrapped in damp towel before crisping in pan.
