Preheat air fryer or oven to 200°C (400°F).
Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
Cook potatoes in the air fryer or oven until crispy and golden, about 20 to 25 minutes.
Season diced chicken with the same spice mixture.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and sauté diced onion until softened.
Add chicken and cook about 4 minutes per side until fully cooked.
Add crispy potatoes to the skillet and drizzle with ranch dressing. Toss to combine.
Sprinkle grated cheese over the top and heat until melted and bubbly.
Finish with BBQ sauce, extra ranch, diced bacon, and parsley.
Divide into four portions and serve.
