Ingredients
  

  • 800 g lean ground beef
  • 900 g diced potatoes
  • 120 g low fat cheddar cheese
  • Iceberg lettuce
  • Red onion
  • Pickles
  • Cherry tomatoes
Seasonings and extras
  • Onion powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • Smoked paprika
  • Cayenne
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Parsley flakes
  • Cooking spray
  • Water
Burger sauce
  • Low sugar ketchup
  • Light mayonnaise
  • American mustard
  • Water

Method
 

  1. Dice potatoes and toss with cooking spray and seasonings.
  2. Air fry at 190°C for 25–30 minutes or bake at 200°C for 30–35 minutes.
  3. Mix ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, and water to make the sauce.
  4. Chop lettuce, onion, pickles, and tomatoes. Season lightly.
  5. Cook ground beef in a pan with cooking spray. Add seasonings and a splash of water. Cook until browned.
  6. Divide potatoes and beef into bowls.
  7. Add cheese and let it melt slightly.
  8. Serve with salad and drizzle with burger sauce.
