Ingredients
  

Fries
  • 2 medium russet potatoes (about 80% used)
  • 4 slices center cut bacon
  • 56 g fat free cheddar
  • 2 slices thin cheddar
  • Garlic parmesan seasoning
  • Salt
Protein Ranch
  • 340 g nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 50 ml fat free Fairlife milk
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • Garlic parmesan
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Pepper

Method
 

  1. Soak cut fries in cold water 20 minutes. Dry thoroughly.
  2. Season and air fry at 380°F for 18–22 minutes, shaking halfway.
  3. Cook bacon until crisp and crumble.
  4. Mix ranch ingredients until thick but pourable.
  5. Top hot fries with cheese and broil 1–2 minutes until melted.
  6. Add bacon and drizzle ranch before serving.

Notes

  • Do not skip soaking and drying.
  • Cook fries in a single layer for maximum crispness.
  • Broil cheese carefully to avoid burning.
