Ingredients
  

  • 6 eggs
  • 900 g extra lean beef mince
  • 6 short cut bacon slices
  • 6 cheddar cheese slices
  • 6 English breakfast muffins or keto muffins
  • Sriracha mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Bake seasoned eggs in a greased dish until just set. Slice into six portions.
  2. Season beef, form into twelve patties, and cook briefly on high heat.
  3. Cook bacon until crisp.
  4. Toast muffins.
  5. Assemble muffins with beef, cheese, egg, bacon, and mayo.
