High Protein Biscoff Cheesecake

This high protein Biscoff cheesecake is a low calorie, macro-friendly dessert that’s creamy, satisfying, and easy to make with just 190 calories and 17.5g of protein per slice.

Ingredients
  

  • 150 g LIght cream cheese
  • 400 g Low fat greek yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 15 g Sweetener
  • 1 tbsp Biscoff spread ( for batter)
  • 2 tBsp Biscoff spread (For topping)
  • 100 g Low fat cottage cheese
  • 1.5 Servings Vanilla protein powder
  • 60 ml Unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 Biscoff biscuits

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 160°c and line pan.
  2. Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
  3. Mix all ingredients until smooth.
  4. Pour into lined pan and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until just set.
  6. Cool in oven, then refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours.
  7. Mix toppingand spread over cheesecake.
  8. Crumble the biscuits and sprinkle on top.
  9. Slice and serve.

Notes

  • Do not skip blending cottage cheese
  • Do not overbake
  • Chill fully before slicing
  • Adjust sweetener to taste
