Ingredients
  

  • 240 g Fairlife fat free milk
  • 240 g unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 56 g Frosted Flakes cereal
  • 30 g vanilla whey/casein blend protein powder
  • 10 g marshmallow fluff
  • 10 g protein cookie butter powder
  • 8 g sugar free fat free cheesecake pudding mix
  • 5 g zero calorie sweetener
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 100 g additional Fairlife fat free milk

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine the Fairlife milk and almond milk.
  2. Add the Frosted Flakes cereal and mix well.
  3. Refrigerate for 6 to 7 hours to create cereal milk.
  4. Strain out the cereal and reserve the cereal milk.
  5. Pour the cereal milk into a Ninja Creami pint container.
  6. Add the extra 100g Fairlife milk.
  7. Mix in the protein powder, marshmallow fluff, protein cookie butter powder, pudding mix, sweetener, and sea salt.
  8. Blend using a milk frother until smooth.
  9. Freeze the mixture until solid, preferably overnight.
  10. Place the frozen pint into the Ninja Creami and run the Lite Ice Cream function once.
  11. Scoop and enjoy.

Notes

  • Whey and casein protein blends work best for a creamy texture.
  • If the ice cream is crumbly after spinning, run a re-spin cycle.
