Ingredients
  

  • 45 g vanilla whey/casein blend protein powder
  • 15 g PB Party protein cookie butter powder
  • 5 g zero-calorie sweetener
  • Ground cinnamon, to taste
  • 15 g zero-calorie brown sugar substitute
  • Big pinch sea salt
  • 215 g fat-free Cool Whip , frozen
  • 56 g Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal, crushed
Optional Protein Icing
  • 30 g powdered sugar or zero-calorie powdered sweetener
  • 30 g vanilla whey/casein protein powder
  • 4 g sugar-free, fat-free cheesecake pudding mix
  • Cold water, as needed

Method
 

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Slowly add cold water to form a thick icing consistency.
  3. Gently fold in frozen Cool Whip.
  4. Fold in crushed cereal.
  5. Divide evenly into molds and freeze until firm.

Notes

These bars melt quickly. Keep frozen until serving. Store in a freezer-safe bag for grab-and-go convenience.
