Ingredients
  

  • 60 oz chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp garlic salt
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbap onion powder
  • ½ tbsp cumin
  • 4 oz Hatch green chiles
  • 3 tbsp pickled jalapeño juice
  • 1 cup fat free cheddar
  • 5 cups fat free mozzarella
  • ½ CUP diced jalapeños
  • 6 cooked center cut bacon strips
Optional: 5 cups cooked white rice
Cream Cheese Sauce:
  • cups cups 0% cottage cheese
  • 6 oz oz reduced fat cream cheese
  • ½ tbsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp cayenne
  • 3 tbsps pickled jalapeño juice
  • ½ cup fat free milk

Method
 

  1. Add chicken and seasonings to slow cooker. Cook until tender.
  2. Blend sauce ingredients until smooth and thick.
  3. Shred chicken and drain excess liquid.
  4. Mix chicken with sauce, cheeses, jalapeños, and bacon.
  5. Assemble burritos tightly and wrap.
  6. Freeze up to 3 months.

Notes

  • Drain excess liquid before mixing filling.
  • Sauce should be thick but pourable.
