Method
- Add oats, protein powder, cookie butter powder, powdered peanut butter, sweetener, and sea salt to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl.
- Slowly add cold water while stirring until the mixture reaches a thick cookie dough consistency.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate overnight or freeze for about 1 hour to set.
- Scoop and enjoy cold.
Notes
- Vegan protein powder absorbs more liquid, so add water gradually.
- Whey or whey-casein protein powders can also work but may require less liquid.
- If you do not have cookie butter powder, replace it with half extra protein powder and half powdered peanut butter.
- Add toppings like banana slices, peanut butter drizzle, or crushed nuts for extra flavor.
