Ingredients
Method
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
- Pour the batter evenly into silicone cupcake molds.
- Air fry at 250°F for 15–17 minutes until set.
- Let cool in the molds for 10 minutes.
- Transfer to the fridge and chill for 30–60 minutes.
- Add toppings of choice and serve chilled.
Notes
- Blend thoroughly to avoid lumps from the cottage cheese.
- Silicone molds make removal much easier.
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Do not overcook or they may become rubbery.
