Method
- Blend all wet ingredients until smooth.

- Fold wet into dry gently until combined.

- Divide into foil-wrapped springform pans.
- Bake in a water bath at 300°F for 30 minutes.
- Turn oven off, crack door, rest 25 minutes.
- Cool, then refrigerate 4–6 hours before serving.
Notes
