Method
- Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Sift the self-raising flour into a bowl.
- Add the Greek yoghurt and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Roll the dough out on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread the maple syrup evenly across the dough.
- Mix the sweetener and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log.
- Slice into 6 equal rolls.
- Place on the tray and bake for 20 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Do not add too much maple syrup or the rolls may fall apart
- Adjust cinnamon to taste if you prefer a stronger flavor
- Swap sweeteners based on preference, but note that calories will change
